Founded in 2015, Zirinsky Law Partners PLLC is a law firm concentrating its practice in Bankruptcy Reorganizations, Out-of-Court Restructurings, Litigation, Debt and Equity Financings, and Complex Acquisitions of Financially Distressed Businesses and Assets

Led by Bruce Zirinsky, one of the nation’s premier Bankruptcy & Restructuring lawyers and a two-time recipient of American Lawyer’s Dealmaker of the Year Award, the firm’s three members have over 90 years of experience in successfully leading many of the largest and most complex reorganizations, restructurings, litigations, financings, and business transactions of the past half century.

Clients represented include domestic and foreign public and private companies, private equity funds, fixed income and hedge funds, real estate funds, banks and other financial institutions and investors, and creditors committees. The firm’s members have represented clients in a wide range of industries, including aviation and aerospace, ocean, river and rail transportation, automotive, power generation and distribution, medical devices, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, industrial products, oil and gas, telecommunications, real estate, retail, and financial services among others.

Prior to joining Zirinsky Law, each of our members had many years of experience practicing law at top-tier international law firms. They worked with the very best lawyers in the world on many of the largest and most sophisticated matters, developed legal and practice skills of the very highest quality, and became experts in their fields. They also learned what clients liked and didn’t like about working with large law firms and were determined to bring only the best of large law-firm practices to Zirinsky Law.

Each of our members delivers that best-in-class quality to Zirinsky Law, but with a commitment to personal service, value, and transparency lacking in most large law firms. The lawyers you hire are the lawyers who will actually work with you on your matters and will maintain a regular dialogue with you. Because of our low overhead costs, we are able to provide you with billing rates that are below the billing rates of most of our peers.  Because each of us is completely hands-on with the matters we undertake, we are able to provide you with reliable cost estimates and budgets. We do not pass work off to inefficient lawyers and you will not be billed for work by lawyers you have never met. When we do have other attorneys provide support work for your matters, you will be consulted in advance and the cost and scope of the work agreed to.

Because of our size, the nature of our practice, and selectivity in clients we represent, it is highly unlikely we will be unable to represent you because of other client conflicts. When we represent you, you can be assured that you will have our complete loyalty. We will zealously and professionally represent your interests within the limits of the law without the constraints of other conflicting client relationships. We seek to align our interests with the interests of our clients and will always put our client relationships ahead of other short term opportunities.
